Woven is constantly checking your calendar for updates, conflicts, and changes to your events. You can choose how to be notified about these updates in your settings.

Notification settings

Open Settings (Desktop: gear icon in lower left; Mobile: Woven logo in upper left, scroll to bottom) and scroll to the "Notifications" section.

Updates (event changes and invitations)

You can choose to receive Woven email and/or app (desktop/mobile) notifications for both event changes and invitations. These are sent in addition to any notifications that your original calendar account may send.

You can select which event invitations you'd like to be notified about:

  • All invitations
  • Only invitations that cause conflicts with other My Time events (default)
  • None

And which event changes you'd like to be notified about (apply to both scheduled events and events in Planning):

  • All changes
  • Only changes that cause conflicts with other My Time events (default)
  • None

Reminders

Set the default app reminders you'd like for your events. These apply to events you create and events you're invited to.
