Woven does not yet connect to company conference room listings (coming soon!) but you can add previously-used conference rooms to the Participants field and they will be booked when the meeting is scheduled.

  • Select the "People" button in the event details, if there are no participants yet

  • Type the name of the conference room into the participants field of the event

  • Select from the list of options returned below to add the room
