Let anyone schedule a meeting using Published Scheduling Link
Unlike a One-time Scheduling Link, you can also create a Published Scheduling Link and share the link to people directly on your company facebook page, post it on your website or social profile, or include in your email signature.
Anyone that clicks on your Published Link will be able to schedule an event (ideally defined through a Smart Template ) that works with your current availability.
Select the hours between which you will accept meetings, days people can schedule a meeting, the duration of each meeting and other specific information (like description details, conferencing info, etc).
Once that's complete, you can copy the link and make it available for people to schedule a meeting on your calendar. You can share the link with anyone, over email, text, or chat - you can even include it in your email signature.
