Let anyone schedule a meeting using Published Scheduling Link
Unlike a One-time Scheduling Link, you can also create a Published Scheduling Link so anyone who has access to the link can see times you are available and book a meeting with you. Share a Public Scheduling Link with people on your company facebook page, post it on your website or social profile, or include in your email signature.
How to Create a Public Scheduling Link
Anyone that clicks on your Published Link will be able to schedule an event based on your current availability across all you My Time Calendars.
Select the hours between which you will accept meetings, days people can schedule a meeting, the duration of each meeting and other specific information (like description details, conferencing info, etc).
Copy & Share your Scheduling Link
Once that's complete, you can copy the link and make it available for people to schedule a meeting on your calendar. You can share the link with anyone, over email, text, or chat - you can even include it in your email signature.
