A Woven customer (with a G Suite account) can see availability of their colleagues in the same organization (G Suite domain) who is not a Woven customer if free/busy sharing for users is set within that G Suite domain by the organizations administrator.
In Woven, availability comes from three possible sources:
- If you have direct access to the calendar, Woven will be able to do a Free/Busy lookup under Find Time (in meeting settings).
- If your G Suite domain is setup to enable free/busy sharing - Woven will use G Suite to do free/busy lookups for colleagues in the same G Suite domain.
- If you have enabled Availability Sharing for a colleague who is using Woven, then Woven will be able to show free/busy for your colleague by looking at at all My Time calendars, ensuring a more accurate ability for scheduling success.
