All customers who have an active paid subscription received a prorated refund.
If you have an annual subscription, you received a prorated refund starting from April 9th, 2021 to the end of your paid annual subscription.
For example, if you signed up for an annual (12 month) subscription in February 2021, you received a refund on the remaining 9+ months of your annual subscription.
If you are on a month to month subscription, you received a refund for the remainder of your paid April subscription and will not be charged again in the future.
Woven began issuing subscription refunds on April 9th, 2021. It can take around 5-10 business days for your refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
Following the refunds, Woven service will continue through May 28th, 2021 free of charge.
